酒店设施挺新的。干净。
服务人员慢吞吞的。虽然离火车站不远，但是还是挺难找的，问了半天。（曾经试图给酒店发邮件问路，发了3次都没回音，最后只能自己到达了自己去找，很费劲。）

Staff are nice and polite.
They didn't replace the towel everyday.

room is big, comfortable and clean. The bath room is big and clean as well. breakfest is very good. Actually, it's not so far away from the centre of city. there's a tram (only one stop to the train station) right in front of the hotel.
Not all the front-desk staff are friendly. We are not satisfied with one lady's answer, so, half hour later, we tried to ask another lady and she's very nice and give us lots useful suggestion. So, if you have same problem, maybe you can ask another person at front desk again.
